Professional detailing is the process of cleaning and restoring a vehicle to its original condition. It involves a thorough cleaning of the exterior, interior, and engine compartment of the car. This includes washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, steam-cleaning carpets and upholstery, shampooing seats and mats, dressing tires and trim pieces, removing tar spots or sap from paintwork, clay bar treatment to remove contaminants from paintwork surfaces and applying protective sealants.
